早前編程開發(fā)工具開發(fā)商 JetBrains 向特定用戶群提供優(yōu)惠碼可以免費(fèi)兌換 1 年的 JetBrains 全部產(chǎn)品使用權(quán)，但這個(gè)優(yōu)惠碼被泄露到網(wǎng)上后大量用戶也成功兌換了 1 年訂閱。

事后這家開發(fā)商稱原本兌換碼是為 SQL Bits London 2025 參會(huì)者準(zhǔn)備的，在發(fā)現(xiàn)兌換碼被泄露到網(wǎng)上后立即終止了兌換，但此時(shí)已經(jīng)有很多不符合要求的用戶完成兌換。

從昨天開始部分參與此次兌換的用戶陸續(xù)收到 JetBrains 發(fā)送的郵件，好消息是部分用戶成功保留訂閱并且在明年到期時(shí)還可以優(yōu)惠續(xù)費(fèi)，壞消息是部分用戶的訂閱被取消且可能賬戶都會(huì)被直接終止。

在電子郵件通知中 JetBrains 表示：

我們很高興地通知您，您使用 DataGrip2025 促銷代碼激活的所有產(chǎn)品包或 DataGrip 許可證將保持激活狀態(tài)，您不需要采取任何行動(dòng)。

從郵件通知來看似乎正常注冊(cè)的賬號(hào)并使用優(yōu)惠券兌換的訂閱是可以繼續(xù)被保留的，但如果用戶在注冊(cè)過程中使用明顯錯(cuò)誤的姓名則可能會(huì)被認(rèn)為是虛假注冊(cè)，這種情況下有可能會(huì)被直接封禁帳戶。

所以如果用戶收到通知后建議去修改自己的賬戶信息，盡可能保證賬戶信息都是正確的，比如聽起來更合理的姓和名，或許這有助于解決問題避免賬戶被直接封禁。

Unfortunately, we’ve detected irregularities in your subscription details. Specifically, the name or domain registration associated with your JetBrains Account appears to be invalid.

As a result, your JetBrains Account and access to the free subscription have been temporarily suspended. If the account irregularities are not resolved within 7 days, we will terminate our JetBrains Account Agreement along with your JetBrains Account.
