美國流行歌手泰勒·斯威夫特的時代巡回演唱會2日在新加坡開演，多國粉絲前往一睹偶像風(fēng)采。

　　而與此同時，舉辦國新加坡卻陷入一場與東南亞其他國家的口水戰(zhàn)，只因被質(zhì)疑“壟斷”演唱會舉辦權(quán)。

　　泰國總理賽塔上月中旬稱，從主辦方處得知，新加坡政府與斯威夫特方簽訂了一份“獨家協(xié)議”，每場演出提供200萬至300萬美元的補貼，以此換得獨辦演唱會的權(quán)利。

　　Thailand’s Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin had claimed during a business forum in Bangkok on Feb16 that Singapore paid Taylor Swift up to $3 million per show on the condition ofexclusivityto perform in the country.

　　阿拉伯半島電視臺援引《曼谷郵報》稱，賽塔表示，如果他早知道，他一定會把這場演唱會“帶到泰國”，因為演唱會可以為經(jīng)濟創(chuàng)造附加價值。

　　“If I had known this, I would have brought the shows to Thailand,” Srettha was quoted as saying in the Bangkok Post. “Concerts cangenerateadded value for the economy.”

　　賽塔說，泰國愿意給泰勒·斯威夫特提供至少5億泰銖（約人民幣1億元）的補貼。

　　在菲律賓，有議員批評新加坡此舉“不是好鄰居該做的事”，并呼吁對撥款提出正式抗議。

　　In the Philippines, a lawmaker criticised the move, saying "this isn't what good neighbors do" —and called for a formal protest against thegrant.

　　李顯龍回應(yīng)

　　3月5日，正在澳大利亞訪問的新加坡總理李顯龍對此事進行了回應(yīng)，認(rèn)為不存在對鄰國“不友好”的事。

　　Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong responded to the criticism on Tuesday, saying Singapore was not being “unfriendly” to its neighbors by making a deal with the superstar.

　　李顯龍于5日回應(yīng)了批評，表示新加坡與斯威夫特的協(xié)議并沒有對鄰國“不友好”。

　　李顯龍表示，新加坡政府從發(fā)展后新冠疫情時期旅游業(yè)的資金中撥款，為泰勒·斯威夫特演出提供津貼，并與對方達成協(xié)議。

　　“這是一項成功的安排。我不認(rèn)為這么做不友善。有時某個國家談成協(xié)議，有時是另一個國家。我們不會明擺著說，‘你能在這里演出的條件是你接著去其他地方演出’?！崩铒@龍說。

　　“[Our] agenciesnegotiatedan arrangement with her to come to Singapore and perform and to make Singapore her only stop in Southeast Asia,” Lee said at a press conference in Melbourne while on a state visit to Australia.

　　“Certainincentiveswere provided to her, and a deal was reached. It has turned out to be a very successful arrangement. I don’t see that as being unfriendly.”

　　“If we had not made such an arrangement, would she have come to more places in Southeast Asia? Maybe, maybe not?” he added.

　　泰勒·斯威夫特是美國現(xiàn)象級歌手，迄今為止她已獲得14座格萊美獎、34項全美音樂獎和29項公告牌音樂獎。她拉動消費的能力在美國之外同樣有效。

　　2月7日至10日，泰勒·斯威夫特在日本東京連續(xù)上演四場，給日本帶來了341億日元（約人民幣16.5億元）的收入。在澳大利亞墨爾本和悉尼兩站的演出，預(yù)計可為澳大利亞創(chuàng)收1.36億澳元（約人民幣6.37億元）。
