重慶建筑工程職業(yè)學院是經(jīng)重慶市人民政府批準、國家教育部備案的獨立設置的公辦全日制高等院校,隸屬于重慶市城鄉(xiāng)建設委員會,受重慶市教育委員會業(yè)務指導,是重慶市唯一一所公辦建筑類高職院校。學院1956年建校,辦學歷史悠久,秉承“厚德、篤學、求實、創(chuàng)新”的校訓,堅持以市場為導向,以行業(yè)為依托,以特色為抓手,以能力為本位,具有鮮明的行業(yè)特色和優(yōu)勢,向社會輸送了大批高素質技能型行業(yè)技術骨干和管理人才。

Chongqing Vocational College of Architectural Engineering is an independently established state-run full-time institution of higher education and serves as the unique vocational college of architectural engineering in Chongqing, approved by Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, recorded by the Ministry of Education, affiliated to Chongqing Municipal Commission of Urban-Rural Development and guided by Chongqing Education Commission. Founded in 1956, this market-oriented industry-relied characteristics & skill based college, which is endowed with distinctive industrial features and advantages, has a time-honored history and obeys the motto of “Morality, Diligence, Practice and Innovation”. It has provided numerous practical skilled talents of technology and management for the society.

學院現(xiàn)設五系一部,分別是建筑工程系、工程管理系、建筑經(jīng)濟系、裝飾工程系、城市軌道交通系和公共課教育部。開設有建筑工程技術、道路橋梁工程技術、市政工程技術、工程測量技術、土木工程檢測技術、建筑工程管理、工程監(jiān)理、工程造價、房地產經(jīng)營與估價、社區(qū)管理與服務、園林工程技術、建筑裝飾工程技術、中國古建筑工程技術、城市軌道交通車輛、城市軌道交通運營管理、城市軌道交通工程技術、建筑電氣工程技術等17個高職專業(yè),面向全國招生,學制三年。

At present, the College has been equipped with five schools and one department, including the School of Architectural Engineering, the School of Engineering Management, the School of Construction Economics, the School of Decoration Engineering, the School of Rail Transit, and the Department of General Course Education. Seventeen vocational programs have been offered to students throughout China with a schooling length of three years, including the Architectural Engineering Technology, Road & Bridge Engineering Technology, Municipal Engineering Technology, Engineering Survey Technology, Civil Engineering Measurement Technology, Construction Management, Construction Supervision, Engineering Cost, Real Estate Management and Appraisal, Community Management and Service, Landscape Engineering Technology, Architectural Decoration Engineering Technology, Chinese Ancient Architecture Engineering Technology, Urban Rail Transit Vehicle, Urban Rail Transit Operation Management, Urban Rail Transit Engineering Technology, Architectural Electrical Engineering Technology, etc.

學院擁有一支職稱結構合理、責任心強、實踐經(jīng)驗豐富的高素質教師隊伍和管理隊伍,注重開展教育教學研究實踐工作,培育專業(yè)教學團隊社會資源整合能力?，F(xiàn)有教職工300余人,專任教師近200人,中高級以上職稱170余人,“雙師型”教師100余人。

The College enjoys a well-structured team of responsible experienced high-quality teachers and the management, values the education and teaching research and practice, and fosters the social resource integration ability of the professional teaching staff. Today, the College has boasted more than 300 faculty members, of whom, nearly 200 are full-time teachers, over 170 enjoy intermediate or senior titles, and more than 100 are “double-type” teachers.

學院以教學為中心,不斷深化教學改革,積極推動質量工程建設。主持研究的《“港口航道與海岸工程”專業(yè)教學改革、創(chuàng)新與實踐》榮獲“第六屆高等教育國家級教學成果獎”二等獎,《基于監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的邊坡穩(wěn)定性先兆分析與安全保障關鍵技術研究》等5項科研項目被評為2011年重慶市建設科技成果,2011年,學院新增立項18個市級教研及科研項目。已立項建設了市級教學團隊2個、院級教學團隊7個、市級精品課程與精品視頻課程3門、院級精品課程與精品視頻課程13門。學院加強專業(yè)建設力度,建筑工程技術和道路橋梁工程技術專業(yè)獲批為國家財政重點支持建設專業(yè)。2011年,在校學生共獲得全國數(shù)學建模競賽、高職高專建筑設計大賽等獎項17項,其中,獲得數(shù)學建模競賽國家二等獎1項、重慶市一等獎2項的優(yōu)異成績位列重慶高職院校前茅。

Teaching centered, the College keeps reforming its education, and actively promotes its quality engineering construction. Its “Harbor Approach and Coastal Engineering” Professional Teaching Reform, Innovation and Practice was rewarded the Second Prize of the 6th National Higher Education Achievement Award. Its five scientific research programs including Side Slope Stability Indication Analysis and Research on Key Technologies for Safety Control Based on Monitoring Data were rated as Chongqing’s construction technology achievements of 2011, during which the College also newly set up 18 municipal-level teaching research and scientific research projects, 2 municipal-level teaching teams, 7 college-level teaching teams, 3 municipal-level excellent courses and video courses, and 13 college-level excellent courses and video courses. In addition, its programs of Architectural Engineering Technology and Road & Bridge Engineering Technology were approved to be key ones supported by the national finance, which strengthened the College’s construction for programs. In 2011 the students received 17 honors in the National Mathematical Contest in Modeling, Architecture Design Competition for Vocational Colleges, etc., covering the National 2nd Prize and Chongqing’s 1st Prize in the Mathematical Contest in Modeling.

學院注重學生職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)。建立了集實驗實訓、工程質量檢測和網(wǎng)絡管理為一體的綜合實訓中心,特別是重慶建筑工程職業(yè)學院工程質量檢測中心,2009年即通過重慶市技術監(jiān)督局計量認證和市城鄉(xiāng)建委資格認證,成為專業(yè)從事建筑工程檢測技術服務咨詢工作的“學、研、產”一體化科技服務實體。學院為學生提供各種機會、創(chuàng)造必要條件鼓勵在校學生考取行業(yè)職業(yè)資格證書,形成高等教育與職業(yè)教育同步的“雙證制”培養(yǎng)模式,學歷證書與職業(yè)資格證書同步獲得,實現(xiàn)了校內學習與企業(yè)工作任職資格無縫對接。目前,學院是重慶市建設行業(yè)專業(yè)技術管理崗位定點培訓單位,經(jīng)授權的重慶市造價員考試試點院校,全國一級建造師繼續(xù)教育、重慶市二級注冊建造師繼續(xù)教育定點培訓單位。

The College gives high priority to the cultivation of the students’ occupational ability. Comprehensive training centers integrating experimental training, engineering quality testing and network management have been established. Especially the engineering quality testing center passed the certification by Chongqing Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision and Chongqing Municipal Commission of Urban-Rural Development in 2009, to become an entity for sci-tech services professionally engaged in the technical service and consultancy for the architectural engineering inspection and integrating “teaching, research and production”. The College provides various opportunities and necessary conditions for students to win vocational qualification certificates, which forms a higher education and vocational education “double certificates” teaching plan. Then a graduate from the College can gain both the academic certificate and the vocational qualification certificate, which may realize the seamless connection between the study in the College and the qualification for the work in the enterprise. Now the College is a fixed training organization for the technical management positions of the construction industry in Chongqing, an authorized pilot college for Chongqing’s cost engineer test, and a fixed training organization for the further education of national level-1 constructors and of Chongqing’s level-2 registered constructors.

學院堅持校企合作、工學結合的人才培養(yǎng)模式,積極拓展對外合作,與重慶市軌道交通總公司、重慶市建筑科學研究院、重慶新龍湖物業(yè)服務有限公司、重慶市金科物業(yè)服務有限公司開展了“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng);與多家知名大型企業(yè)共建專業(yè)實習實訓基地,多家企業(yè)在我院設立“獎學金”,獎勵各專業(yè)品學兼優(yōu)的學生,促進學生勤奮學習,努力成才;與重慶交通大學、重慶工商大學、四川美術學院等高校合作,構建了“專銜本”人才培養(yǎng)立交橋。全方位的社會合作培養(yǎng)人才,為打造招生、教學、實踐、就業(yè)四位一體教育服務體系提供了重要保障。

The College adheres to the talent cultivation mode indicating the cooperation with enterprises and the integration of practice and learning, and positively expands the eternal cooperation, which has been realized by the “tailored” talent cultivation with Chongqing Rail Transit (Group) Co., Ltd., Chongqing Construction Science Research Institute, Chongqing New Longfor Property Service Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Jinke Property Management Co., Ltd.; the professional practice base jointly established by many large famous enterprises and the scholarship by many enterprises to encourage excellent students; and the “professional training to undergraduate course” talent cultivation inter-bridge among Chongqing Jiaotong University, Chongqing Technology and Business University, Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, etc. The close cooperation between the College and enterprises guarantees the construction of an integrated education service system of recruitment, teaching, practice and employment.
